How do I purchase items on this site?
Artworks on the site are available for purchase. Simply click the ADD TO CART button to purchase the item. You may continue to shop and add more than 1 item to your cart. To finalise your purchase click the “PROCEED TO CHECK OUT”. Enter your details into the form provided and click the Proceed to Next Step Button.
Select your Shipping Method and then click the Proceed with my Payment Button. You will be transferred to PayPal where you can either pay using your credit card or with your Paypal account. Once you sale is completed you can return to the website by selecting Return to Dunghutti-Ngaku Aboriginal Art Gallery
Do I get proof of my purchase
You will receive an email from us detailing the transaction and an order number. PayPal will also email you a receipt of your purchase.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from DNAAG
No you dont, you can use most major credit cards or use your Paypal account, the choice is yours.
Why is the PayPal account in the name of Durri Aboriginal Medical Corporation?
Durri Aboriginal Medical Corporation are the owners and managers of DNAAG.
How quickly do you ship
We normaly ship within 5 working days of the order. If you have specific requirements please notify us via email and we will endevour to meet your needs. Express courier may incur additional costs.
Can I ship to a different address?
In the Check out area un-tick the Ship items to the above billing address and enter the details into the right hand form.
Do you ship internationaly?
Yes we ship all over the world.
How much is shipping
We have a different rates depending on your location. Please contact us on 02 6562 1432 for further details.
Can I pick it up from the Gallery?
Yes of course, your most welcome!! If you wish to pick the item up from us you will not be charged for shipping.
Do I get proof of authenticity
Yes all our artworks will be shipped with a certificate of origin.
Can I commission artists?
Yes all our artists are available for private commissions. Please contact us on 02 6562 1432 and we can arrange for the artists to contact you personaly by phone or email. We do not give out our artists contact details as a matter of privacy.
Can I return un-wanted items
Please contact us on 02 6562 1432 if you have any issues with your purchase.
Is the Gallery 100% Aborinal owned?
Yes, and proudly so.
Do the Artists get a fair deal?
Yes DNAAG is run to benifit the Artists. The artists set the costs for each item and DNAAG adds an administration and marketing commission on top. The profits are then used to market, promote & maintain the gallery.
Do you collect personal data for the use of marketing?
Yes we do and it is only used by DNAAG to inform its loyal customers of special events and promotions. These details are not supplied or used by any other company or organisation within Durri Aboriginal Medical Corporation. You do have the option to not receive any marketing material on check out.
