Zalie Davison – Mud Flats II – Acrylic on Canvas
The gallery now has on display a series of new works by local Dunghutti artist Zalie Davison. Her works use abstract forms to reference the local landscapes of the Macleay River Valley. Zalie uses an interesting colour palette with soft blues, greens and light ochres that reinterpret the colours found in the local coastal landforms that are the basis for her works.
